ABOUT US
Paul is the owner and Chef at Pablo’s Kitchen.
He is classically trained at Cathal Brugha street Dublin and received a distinction in 706-1 & 706-2.
From a young age Paul has been very passionate about food and cooking, as a child this even included offering menus to his family at dinner time. His favourite food is Italian and his idols include Marco Pierre White and Michel Roux. Paul is a big Liverpool fan and enjoys playing golf as often as he can.
